Shipping

The list of countries to which aeroclubdesign.com ships can be found by clicking the delivery van icon at the top left of the homepage. Before making the purchase choice, we recommend selecting the country of destination.

Shipping times depend on the geographic destination of the goods. Time necessary to deliver an order is calculated starting from the reception of the Shipping Confirmation email. Generally, shipments to UE countries arrive within 2/5 working days. The time frame might take longer if the package must go through customs or on sales, promotions and national holidays.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in real time at the purchase check-out and are free for orders over 99 €. In this case, all shipment will be Standard. Express shipping is always available for a fee.
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in UE countries; in the case of sale in countries outside the European Union taxes and duties will be charged to the customer.

With the shipping confirmation email, a tracking number will be sent in order to follow the shipment online on the aeroclubdesign.com site or on the courier’s website.
The order will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase and the delivery period is from Monday to Friday, except for holidays, during regular worktimes (8:30-18:00).
Should the Courier find nobody at the address provided, the courier will attempt to deliver the package the following working day or it will be deposited at a nearby collection branch from which it must be collected within 7 working days. Undelivered orders will be sent back to our warehouse and transport costs will be borne by the customer.
